Return and Refund

1. How do I return a product purchased on HATODM.COM?

  1. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@hatodm.com with your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.
  2. Upon receiving your return request email, we will send you a return confirmation email with the return address.
  3. Send the product you wish to return to the return address provided in the email and send the tracking number to support@hatodm.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. We will process your refund within three business days of receiving your returned product.

 

2. What are the return conditions?

  1. To be eligible for a return, you must send a return request email within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. The product must be unused and undamaged, and the product tag must not be removed.
  3. HATODM reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition.

 

3. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return package, we will send you a refund confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 3 business days. We will refund your payment using the same payment method you used in your original transaction. We will not issue a refund until we receive the returned item. Thank you for your understanding.

 

4. Is there a cost for returning a product?

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
